Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is successfully confirmed. Any processing estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping destinations, methods, and charges

Available shipping destinations, delivery methods, and shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and the items in your order. If no shipping method is offered for an address, we are currently unable to ship the order to that destination.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, public holidays, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.

Shipping address

Please check the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Damaged, missing, or delayed orders

If an order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or has not arrived within the latest delivery estimate provided to you, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and relevant photographs or tracking details. We will review the issue and assist with the available resolution.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
